Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide quality products and a fair return process.

Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Electrical components cannot be returned.

Return Authorization (Required)
All returns must be pre-approved before being sent back. Customers must contact us to request a return authorization either by email or phone:

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, including:

  • The cost to ship the item back to us

  • The original shipping cost to send the item to the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Electronics Policy (No Returns or Refunds)
Due to the nature of electronic components, all electrical parts are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Customers must inspect and test all electrical components before installation.

All batteries and electronic parts are tested and verified to be in good working condition before leaving our facility, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any electronic parts.

Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
